Jessy for all those who are unaware is considered transgendered. In the last year we have heard more then ever about who transgender people are from the media blitz of Caitlyn Jenner. However what is it like to be transgender and also be in the adult world? I have to admit this is all new stuff to me. I was unaware of Jessy's work and I know nothing about the transgender community. To say I was nervous was an understatement. What do I ask? How do I ask it so that I am not offensive? My ignorance to the topic made it even more eye opening for me afterwards.
Take a listen and take a listen with an open mind. I am not asking anyone afterwards to be open to the idea of transgender people or to accept it but I can walk away saying I feel a lot more informed on what it people like Jessy go through on a daily basis.
